Description

The Mujela lamp is a duet of two of Nepal’s traditional crafts – basket weaving and metal craft. Exploring Nepal’s richness in natural fibers, we worked with a master weaver from mid-western Nepal to shape the body in reed grass, and a metalsmith from Kathmandu who hammered the central metal disc to create this gentle and light lighting piece.
